I’m an AMV (Anime Music Video) enthusiast from the UK who goes by the alias Katranat. I wanted a space to talk in length about some that I enjoy, so I’ve made this thing, whatever it is. AMV’s have been a large part of my life for a long time, having been watching them since 2001 and creating my own since 2006.

There are a lot of really excellent AMV’s out there that rightfully get a lot of attention, praise, and criticism. The videos featured in this blog will not be those, rather I’ll be focusing on videos that probably wouldn’t have gotten much attention otherwise.
My personal taste in AMV’s tends to skew towards the slightly unusual, and I will probably get the urge to write about them for strange reasons.

I hope you enjoy reading my random ramblings about AMV’s that no one else cares about. That’s pretty much all this blog will be, I highly doubt I will ever dabble in content that isn’t AMV related in some way.
